Waitlist privacy notice
This notice explains how Hallway Echoes handles the email address you provide for the pre-launch waitlist. Hallway Echoes is an AI-searchable alumni photo archive for Lincoln Northeast High School.
What we collect
Only the email address you enter. We do not ask for your name, and we do not collect cookies, trackers, advertising identifiers, or analytics on this page.
How we use it
We use your email address only to send occasional Hallway Echoes updates:
- progress updates on the project;
- preview invitations to try the archive early;
- launch news when the archive opens.
We will not use your address for any other purpose, and we will never sell or rent it.
Double opt-in
After you sign up, we email you a confirmation link. Your address becomes active on the waitlist only after you confirm. If you do not confirm within seven days, the pending request expires and is discarded.
Retention
Unconfirmed (pending) requests expire after seven days. Confirmed addresses are kept only for the pre-launch waitlist and are removed under our launch/sunset schedule (no later than 90 days after the waitlist concludes), unless you ask us to delete yours sooner. We do not keep waitlist data indefinitely.
Unsubscribe and deletion
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. You may also ask us to delete your address entirely. To unsubscribe or request deletion, use the link in any email or contact privacy@hallwayechoes.com.

Hallway Echoes is an independent community archive and is not operated by or affiliated with Lincoln Public Schools.
